Master Ti64 – 6/4Titanium road bike
The design of Master series titanium frame emphasizes “Racing”. Therefore, stiffness and stability were the factors of concern.
Special features of Master Ti64 are:
1. Tubing: main triangle uses seamless 6Al-4V tube; rear triangle is built with 3Al-2.5V tubes; stress release by heat treatment after shaping
2. Tapered 1 1/2”head tube: provides stiffness and cornering stability
3. PF-30 BB shell: increase frame stiffness and versatility in crankset axel choices
4. Asymmetrical chainstays: increases lateral stiffness in the drive side, more comfort in the non-drive side.
5. Electronic/Mechanical dual system: the frame has settings for both systems

Rikulau

In this design, frightening eyes of the animal on down tube give power to the frame. Nebulous pattern of the animal closely simulates a leopard lying on the bike frame. Moreover, the ancient Chinese character “Leopard” gives an artistic touch to the design.
6Al-4V Titanium Alloy
6Al-4V titanium and its sibling 3Al-2.5V titanium alloy has many similarities, including density, strength, corrosion resistance, durability, comfort, and…”good looking”. The major difference, however, is tensile strength. 6-4 has 30% higher tensile strength than 3-2.5 titanium.
